New Start Home Health is a Medicare, Medi-Cal Licensed, Joint Commission Accredited agency, providing intermittent skilled nursing and private duty skilled nursing care up to 24-hours a day. We serve a diverse multi-cultural community located in San Fernando Valley. Our professional staff includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Medical Social Workers,  and Speech Therapists.
